En tant qu'Accounts Payable, vous êtes responsable de la vérification de toutes les factures et de vous assurer de la conformité avec les bons de commandes et de la tenue à jour des dossiers contractuels de manière fluide et efficace, conformément à toutes les procédures en vigueur.
Missions Principales :
- Rapprocher les factures des bons de commande et des bons de réception
- Gérer les comptes fournisseurs et contribuer aux processus de rapprochement
- Veiller au respect des politiques de l'entreprise, des procédures de contrôle interne et des normes Accor
- Participer aux travaux de clôture mensuelle
- Traiter les factures fournisseurs, les notes de frais et les demandes de paiement avec fiabilité et dans le respect des délais
- Tenir à jour des dossiers complets et conserver les pièces justificatives nécessaires aux audits et à la conformité
- Participer aux travaux de rapprochement et à l'établissement des rapports relatifs aux comptes fournisseurs en fin de mois
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Achats, Réception et Opérations pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux paiements
- Contribuer à la préparation des déclarations de TVA et autres rapports réglementaires obligatoires
Profil Recherché :
- Diplôme universitaire en Comptabilité, Finance, Gestion ou domaine équivalent
- Expérience confirmée en comptabilité hôtelière ou dans le secteur de l’hospitalité de luxe
- Bonne connaissance des systèmes ERP et logiciels comptables hôteliers
- Excellente maîtrise des outils office et de Reporting financier
- Sens élevé de l’organisation, de la confidentialité et du respect des délais
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais professionnel
