Job Description

Accor Tech & Digital is the innovation and technological transformation lab of the world leader in hospitality.

Our teams, known as Heartists®, bring together the best of hospitality with the best of tech and digital. Our ambition is to provide our customers with personalized, memorable, and sustainable experiences.

Here, we create new ways to travel within each of our 5,500 hotels, connecting closely with our 100 million clients in 110 countries.

Here, we are at the heart of an incredible playground for technological transition and the design of digital products and services.

Here, your scope will know no boundaries.

So join us and dare to make an impact on the world!

Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

As part of our HR Business Partners team, you will join an HR function at the heart of the Group's strategic challenges, with a cross-functional view of the organization's entire range of HR topics.

Your mission:

This work-study program offers a full immersion into strategic HR topics, with clear learning objectives to help you develop key skills: an in-depth understanding of the HRBP role, mastery of internal HR communication tools, HR data analysis, project management, and autonomy and proactivity.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and coordinating key HR milestones: contributing to the planning and organization of major HR events (annual performance review campaigns, salary reviews, engagement surveys, people reviews, etc.), supporting the collection, consolidation, and analysis of data (headcount, performance, compensation), and providing logistical and organizational support (calendar management, preparation of materials, deliverable tracking, follow-ups).
  • Internal HR communication and content creation: developing clear and impactful communication materials (presentations, newsletters, infographics, intranet articles, emails), contributing to key messaging and the animation of internal communication channels, and designing presentation decks for Townhalls and other committees (Executive Committee, Steering Committee).
  • HR reporting and statistics: extracting, consolidating, and ensuring the reliability of HR data through HR information systems (HRIS), building HR dashboards and reports (headcount tracking, turnover rates, performance indicators), and analyzing trends to deliver relevant insights to HRBPs and managers.
  • Supporting HRBP projects and HR trend monitoring: providing support on various cross-functional HR projects (training rollouts, process improvements, deployment of new HR tools) and monitoring HR trends to suggest areas for improvement.

Qualifications

And you?

You are a student pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or 2) in Human Resources, Communication, a Business School, Political Science, or an equivalent university program, with a specialization in HR.

Contract type: Apprenticeship or Professional training contract.

Duration: 1 year — schedule to be defined with your school.

Preferred start date: September 2026.

Required skills:

  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (creating professional presentations).
  • Strong writing skills and ease with oral communication, with an interest in data analysis and statistics.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Appreciated skills:

  • Familiarity with a graphic design tool (Canva, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with an HRIS.
