As the primary IT product owner and strategic advisor for HR technology, you will ensure our HRIS platform delivers best-in-class digital experiences that align tightly with HR business needs, driving impactful transformation within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment

Your mission:

  • Serve as the recognized product owner and main interface for all HR digital initiatives, ensuring product decisions reflect HR user needs and priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to gather and prioritize feature requests, user feedback, and pain points, translating these into actionable product enhancements.

2. Product Delivery & Technology Ownership

  • Lead end-to-end management of the HRIS product lifecycle: from requirement definition, design, development, testing, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure HRIS product architecture is scalable, secure, compliant (including GDPR), and aligned with global IT standards.

4. Strategic Influence & Change Enablement

  • Represent the HRIS product function in strategic steering committees and digital HR governance bodies, advocating for continuous innovation and product excellence.
  • Drive organizational change management and adoption strategies to maximize the success of HRIS implementations and enhancements across hotels.
  • Monitor HR technology market trends and emerging solutions, making recommendations to keep Accor’s HRIS product at the cutting edge.
  • Support and engage stakeholders from HR, IT, and hotel operations through clear communication and user-centric product initiatives.
