Op onze HR (Talent & Culture) afdeling kom je terecht in een warm en ambitieus team. Samen met Eileen, onze HR Manager, en Jasmijn, onze HR-stagiair, zorg jij ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt.
Wat ga je doen?
Als HR Coördinator ben jij dé drijvende kracht achter onze HR-afdeling. Je krijgt een breed takenpakket en veel verantwoordelijkheid. Wat kun je verwachten?
✔ Recruitment – Jij zorgt ervoor dat we de beste talenten binnenhalen;
✔ Onboarding – Je verwelkomt nieuwe medewerkers en zorgt voor een soepele start;
✔ Trainingen geven – Je helpt collega’s groeien en ontwikkelen;
✔ HR-administratie – Je houdt alles strak georganiseerd;
✔ Innovatie – Heb jij ideeën om onze HR-processen nóg beter te maken? Wij staan te springen om jouw input!
Wie zoeken wij?
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
- Je hebt een HBO diploma in HRM, Hotelmanagement, Bedrijfskunde of een andere relevante opleiding;
- Je bent junior in het HR-vakgebied – ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must! Schoolverlaters zijn ook welkom!;
- Discretie en betrouwbaarheid zijn jouw tweede natuur;
- Je bent een mensen-mens en werkt graag in een klein maar krachtig team.
Wat krijg je van ons?
- Salaris volgens Horeca CAO: € 2.766,04 (salarisgroep VI, periodiek 4, op basis van een werkweek van 38 uur);
- 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime contract;
- Korting op hotelovernachtingen wereldwijd met onze Accor Heartist Carte Bienvenue;
- Gratis sporten in onze eigen fitnessruimte;
- Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Accor (nationaal én internationaal). De twee vorige T&C Coördinators gingen je al voor :)
