Job Description

  • Experience in all Human Resources Areas (Learning & Development,Recruitment,Engagement,Personel Administration, Disciplinary measures, Compensation and Benefits).
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll process, laws, legislation.
  • Career management: construction and monitoring of the training plan, follow-up of performance appraisal interviews and professional interviews.
  • Experience working with work bargaining agreements and work unions is mandatory.
  • Management of recruitment policy: identification of needs, recruitment channels, interviews, selection and monitoring of candidates, integration of new talent.
  • Development of internal training and participation in all projects in the service of experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of Business Payroll software (Epsilon-Net) is a strong asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience preferably within a multinational environment. Prior working experience in hotel industry will be considered a plus.
  • To guarantee working conditions, hygiene and safety conditions.
  • Degree in Human Resources or in Hospitality/Tourism.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.

Qualifications

  • Dynamic personality, creative, innovative, with excellent organization, detail oriented and communications skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office.
  • Knowledge of French or Italian is an asset.
