Per l’hotel 25hours Piazza San Paolino di Firenze, si ricerca un/a HR & accounting coordinator [m/f/d] per sostituzione maternità.
Sotto la direzione dell'Hr Manager e del Finance Manager, questa figura si occupa del supporto alla gestione, selezione, formazione e dello sviluppo del personale; presta inoltre supporto alla contabilità sia attiva che passiva.

- Supporterai l'HR Manager nell’attivita di recruiting: redazione e pubblicazione delle offerte di lavoro, screening dei CV e colloqui di lavoro
- Promuoverai un ambiente di lavoro sano e sostenibile
- Ti assicurerai che le policy e le direttive aziendali siano rispettate da tutti i dipendenti
- Raccoglierai e controllerai settimanalmente gli orari redatti dai responsabili di reparto
- Elaborerai le presenze settimanali attraverso il gestionale aziendale della settimana precedente
- Produrrai mensilmente export delle presenze mensili e file per l’elaborazione delle paghe
- Supporterai l’HR manager nell’organizzazione della formazione obbligatoria
- Controllerai giornalmente le chiusure cassa e traccia le eventuali discrepanze
- Controllerai e approva gli ordini

- Hai già esperienza in ambito risorse umane e della contabilità possibilmente nel settore dell’hotellerie
- Se hai conoscenza delle normative sul lavoro
- Se hai conoscenza delle normative fiscali e contabilità
- Parli fluentemente inglese
- Hai conoscenza del pc e dei gestionali
- Se sei una persona precisa, organizzata e in grado di pianificare il tuo lavoro in autonomia
- Sai essere assertivo/a e porti nel tuo lavoro coerenza e spirito di squadra, in modo da poter offrire ai tuoi colleghi un supporto ottimale nella gestione del personale
- Sei una persona che agisce e, anche se a volte sbagli, lo ammetti apertamente

Offriamo un contratto Full-time con inquadramento al livello C3 del CCNL Turismo e una RAL base tra 19.000€ e 21.000€, a seconda dell’esperienza
