Facilities include the award-winning spa centre Spa & Sport, a fully equipped fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and lobby bar as well as eight state-of-the-art meeting rooms including a heritage-listed ballroom seating up to 400 people.
A fantastic opportunity has become available in our housekeeping team as Housekeeping Supervisor. In this role you will be reporting to our Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper to ensure we continue to maintain exemplary cleanliness standards, guest service and presentation of guest’s rooms, public areas and heart of house.
This is a great step for experience Team Leader to take on a supervisory position and gain further development and exposure to the greater Housekeeping operations.

- Proven experience with roster management, achieving operational & labour costs
- You understand, appreciate and spearhead policies and procedures as part of the housekeeping service excellence
- Immaculate grooming
- Has full working right for full time position in Australia
- Ability to work week days, weekend, public holidays and rotation shifts roster.
-Assists department managers for new staff induction and training of new and existing staff.
-Performs opening and/or closing shifts within the Housekeeping.
-Performs rooms inspection duties.
-On going trainings for the team such as chemical training, manual handling training, brand standards training, etc
-Previous experience in team leader or supervisory roles in 4 to 5 star hotel within Housekeeping department is highly regarded.
-Knowledge in PMS Opera or Opera Cloud
