직무 설명
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Oversee guestroom and public area cleanliness for top-notch guest comfort.
•Liaise with front office and maintenance to ensure seamless guest preparations.
•Lead and manage all daily aspects of the Housekeeping department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
•Drive cost efficiency through inventory management and contractor partnerships.
•Prepare and implement the department's annual budget and financial plan.
자격 요건
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
•Minimum 7 years of Housekeeping experience
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•Good communication skill with English & Korean
•Pre-opening team experience is plus
