About the role:

• Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, responsible for the communication and administration work in Housekeeping Office.
• Responsible for filing and updating all necessary documents and records.
• Ensures the execution of vacation plans and duty rosters accordingly.
• Prepares MC and follows up on the orders.
• Produces chemical and guest supplies inventory.
• Minibar bill posting, Daily consumption report and monthly inventory.

Your experience and skills include:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand.
• Maldives’ work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Dhivehi.
• Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures.
• Strong knowledge of MS Programs, Fusion, MC, Opera, Excel, Microsoft word and other Rooms systems.
• Outgoing personality, excellent organization and communication skills, flexible working hours, ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to drive buggy.
