Job Description

ENA Accor Applications is looking for a "Accor Application Trainer" to join the Accor Tech Training department. 

Your role will be to provide remote and on-site training on Accor distribution systems and iPMS for hotels on run and report to the training manager. 

As a real ambassador for our hoteliers, you will ensure that knowledge is passed on as part of a continuous improvement approach. 


Qualifications

Your missions: 

  • Identify and analyze training request for our hoteliers. 

  • Lead and ensure training sessions on site or remotely for hotel operational teams. 

  • Ensure that e-learnings are properly followed up by hoteliers. 

  • Post-training evaluation of the quality of the service provided, to ensure continuous improvement. 

  • Coordinate the activation of iPMS applications and interfaces with central technical teams. 

  • Regularly measure and analyze hotel guest satisfaction levels.  

  • Participate in various cross-functional projects within the department. 

  • Create and update knowledge base. 

  • You will be required to travel throughout Europe and Northern Africa. 


Your skills:
 

  • Knowledge of tools: Accor Distribution tools (Data Web, Resa Web) IPMS (Opera , Opera Cloud , FOLS)  Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 
  • Operational knowledge of the Accor hotels business. 
  • Leadership skills.  
  • Tenacity and commercial sense. 
  • Analytical skills. 
  • Enjoy working as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of the Accor hotels environment. 
  • Fluent in German and English

Additional Information

Field of study: Hospitality, Sales 

Professional experience: 3/5 years in hospitality and management 

In-depth knowledge of iPMS and Accor distribution tools.
