The existing accommodation and facilities have undergone significant enhancements, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the guests. We are excited to introduce a brand new lagoon pool, where you can relax and soak up the tropical vibes. Additionally, a poolside restaurant has been added, providing a delightful dining experience in a stunning setting.

The extensive new tropical gardens create a serene and inviting atmosphere, offering a wonderful base from which to explore all the remarkable attractions and natural beauty that the Top End has to offer.

• To greet all guests as they arrive and depart the Hotel.
• Complete pickups and drop offs as required.
• Carry guest luggage as required.
• Escort guests to rooms as required.
• Undertake the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property as well as responding to guest requests for assistance and or information.
• Regular cleaning of all public areas including foyer, cleaning ashtrays and tables.
• To have a thorough knowledge of all facilities and operating hours in the hotel.

• Prior experience working in the hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
• Strong customer service experience is crucial.
• Must have H endorsement driving license.
