Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic hotel environment? We are seeking a Hotel Administrator to join our team in a permanent, part-time role. This position offers flexibility, with the possibility of working around school schedules for the right candidate. You will support multiple departments, including Talent & Culture and Sales and Marketing Communications, with administrative tasks, event planning, and more. Job Description:
The Hotel Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, contributing to staff engagement, safety, and the overall success of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include providing support across various teams, handling communication, assisting with event planning, managing documentation, and performing general administrative duties to help the hotel run efficiently.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with design software is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with various teams.
