Job Description

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee every aspect of the pre-opening phase, ensuring smooth operations setup, hiring, and training, ensuring all systems, processes, and staff are aligned with TRIBE’s identity.

- Cultivate a stylish, social hub where guests feel the energy, blending Phuket’s local charm with TRIBE’s urban style.

- Drive top-line growth, manage revenue strategies, and maximize profitability from day one.

- Manage day-to-day operations with precision, from budgeting to ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards.

- Lead the way in delivering personalized, design-conscious guest experiences that reflect TRIBE’s modern, vibrant approach

- responsible for maintaining TRIBE’s unique vibe and protecting its cultural identity at all times.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and key partners.  


Qualifications

- Proven experience as a General Manager in a pre-opening hotel, in a lifestyle or boutique hotel brand.

- First time General Managers would be considered.

- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving revenue and profitability.

- A passion for design-led, lifestyle hotels with a sharp eye for detail and style.

- Hands-on leadership approach with a focus on team building, guest experience, and operational excellence.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and lead a young, energetic team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
