Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Leader to join our Ennismore team during this pivotal phase of our business. As our Product Director/Head of Product, you will take ownership of part of our Consumer Product division, driving the evolution of the digital experience for our resorts proposition, starting with allinclusive-collection.com. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, as well as collaborate closely with our external agency partners, to ensure a seamless user experience and design while achieving our business objectives.

What you’ll do…

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with the overall business objectives, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, as well as collaborate closely with external agency partners, to ensure a seamless user experience and design while achieving our business objectives.
  • Take ownership of the product roadmap, overseeing the prioritization of initiatives and features that drive business growth and success.
  • Serve as the primary driver of strategic decisions, leveraging your expertise to provide guidance and support to the development team.
  • Act as the chief liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities, while actively engaging with executive and senior leaders.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that effectively measure the success of product features and enhancements, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, user behaviours, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in the digital experience, positioning the company as an industry leader.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for…

  • Proven track record of leading high performing teams, ideally in consumer-facing digital products. Extensive experience in defining and executing product strategies that have demonstrably driven business growth and success.
  • Strong expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, with a history of effectively leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams towards a shared vision.
  • A strategic thinker who can align product initiatives with overall business goals, demonstrating a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Experience in managing knowledge transfer from external agencies or teams, ensuring seamless integration of external expertise into the product development process.
  • Proven ability to balance user-centric design with business requirements, delivering innovative and customer-focused solutions. Familiarity with the hospitality or luxury lifestyle sector is a plus, but not mandatory
