Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Mixologist to lead the beverage program at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort. This role is responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences, developing innovative cocktail concepts, driving revenue and profitability, and inspiring a high-performing bar team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily bar operations across the resort's outlets.
- Create and implement innovative cocktail menus and signature beverage experiences that reflect the Pullman brand.
- Train, mentor, and develop bartenders and service team members to achieve excellence in product knowledge and service delivery.
- Monitor beverage cost, inventory, ordering, and stock control to maximise profitability and optimise revenue performance.
- Collaborate with Culinary and Food & Beverage teams on promotions, events, seasonal menus, and special activations.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and beverage partners.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, hygiene, safety, and Accor brand standards.
- Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and executing the resort's beverage strategy.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of mixology experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a luxury hotel, resort, upscale bar, or internationally recognised hospitality venue.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and current beverage trends.
- Demonstrated expertise in beverage menu development, costing, inventory management, and revenue optimisation.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and lead high-performing teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a results-oriented, commercially aware approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Fluent English; Thai language and knowledge of Accor standards are advantageous. A third language such as Russian, Mandarin, or German is beneficial.
