Job Description
- Manage daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Prepare drink ingredients and mise-en-place accurately for efficient service
- Follow beverage recipes precisely to maintain consistent quality
- Serve beverages and actively upsell to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Track and manage bar inventory to maintain stock levels and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards at all times
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback to maintain high service standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall bar operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role to ensure competency in bar operations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality control
