Job Description

  • Use your charisma, love for Aotearoa, and contagious personality to create an unforgettable guest experience from the very first encounter
  • Ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, leaving them with a sense of "until we meet again" rather than a simple goodbye
  • Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times
  • Accurately and promptly check guests in and out of Pullman Auckland Airport, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Brief our non-Accor ALL members on the features and benefits of the loyalty program and assist them in signing up
  • Join our passionate Front Office team, contributing to a top-notch guest experience with your enthusiasm and dedication

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Experienced in a Front Office or Reception role in a medium to large Hotel is preferred, but not essential
  • A self-assured, sociable individual with an approachable demeanor, capable of establishing connections wherever you go
  • Excellent at time management with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with the team while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • A professional with an abundance of energy, drive, and passion. You are able to work independently and demonstrate initiative
