Job Description

  • Leading your team through shifts by coaching, supporting, and  maintaining a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
  • Meticulously uphold high service standards to guarantee guest satisfaction and memorable experiences.
  • Masterful communicator, adept at engaging guests and team members alike with clarity and warmth.
  • Promote our ALL loyalty program enthusiastically and ensure VIPs receive exceptional treatment—they deserve the best!
  • Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure their stay is nothing short of amazing

Qualifications

You will be:

  • Bringing onboard a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role, ready to hit the ground running
  • Equipped with high-level communication & leadership skills, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available for overnight shifts as needed and adaptable to a flexible rotating schedule.
  • First Aid Certified & Equipped with a valid LCQ/Managers Certificate
  • Passionately committed to delivering exceptional customer service experiences
