First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
What you will be doing:
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalised experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
- Provide detailed and personalised information on Adelaide and surrounds
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Full South Australian driver’s license is a must; confident driving both automatic and manual cars
- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset
- Full Australian working rights, no restriction on hours (Student Visas will not be considered at this time)
- Full availability, any day of the week
- Must be located in Adelaide / Australia or be prepared to relocate within a short time frame (International applications will not be considered at this time without proof of working rights provided with application)
