Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to help us deliver unforgettable experiences. Your role will involve making our guests feel at home from arrival to departure, through thoughtful, personable, and sincere hospitality. You will manage requests with a smile, ensure the accuracy of reservations and accounts, and contribute to maximising occupancy and revenue. You’ll also handle phone calls efficiently, coordinate transportation and luggage services, recommend local attractions, and assist with portering duties as needed.

  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

  • Available to work within a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays and occasional nights
