Job Description
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you’ll warmly welcome guests from arrival to departure, handle requests with a friendly demeanor and ensure reservations and accounts are managed accurately. You'll contribute to maximising occupancy and revenue, while efficiently managing phone calls, coordinating transportation and luggage services, recommending local attractions, and assisting with portering duties as needed.

Qualifications
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Available to work within a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays and occasional nights
