Pullman Sydney Airport is looking for a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to join our friendly and dynamic Front Office Team.
- Delivering exceptional, personalised & fun customer service while maintaining luxury standards to ensure all of our guests feel welcome.
- Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Checking guests in and out and maintaining their account using our PMS, Opera.
- Answering guest queries in a positive and effective manner.
- Daily liaison with departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities.
- Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests’ stay.
- Customer focus & strong communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia and immaculate presentation
- Previous experience with a PMS - Opera or Fidelio & HOTSOS experience preferred.
- Must be reliable with the ability to work a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
