Job Description

- Deliver exceptional room service and cleanliness in our hotel rooms
- Clean all areas of the guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and creating memorable guest experiences, with comfort and luxury in every room
- Keep a well-stocked inventory of all amenities and housekeeping equipment
- Adhere to Sofitel Brand standards and procedures diligently and seamlessly
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in hotel housekeeping; cleaning guest rooms & bathrooms to a high standard
- Physical fitness, able to complete manual handling tasks safely and efficiently
- Team working skills, with flexible availability to support the team across the week
- Attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering a 5-star service to guests
- Efficient time management skills
- Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded
