You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Room Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them. A key focus of the position is ensuring consistent cleanliness standards apply in the rooms and public areas and attending to any guest requests or enquiries. 

The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, have attention to detail, experience in leading and managing others and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.

  • Clean all assigned guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
  • Attending to guests requests and enquiries when needed

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience is an asset
  • Show attention to detail in all tasks performed
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Background within a luxury hotel environment will be highly regarded
