Job Description

This individual will act as the liaison between our guests and various hotel departments, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction throughout the guest’s stay.

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.

  • Provide concierge services such as tour recommendations, transportation assistance, restaurant reservations, and more, in Mandarin or Cantonese as needed.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary.

  • Serve as a key communication bridge between Chinese-speaking guests and Resort departments.

  • Translate and explain hotel policies, services, and promotions in Chinese.

  • Prepare and translate written materials, menus, and guest directories as required

  • Follow up on guest feedback to improve services and increase satisfaction.

  • Maintain guest history records and preferences for returning guests.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with good command of English (verbal and written).

  • 1–3 years in guest relations, front office, or hospitality preferred.

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Problem-solving mindset with a guest-first approach.

    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

    • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems.
