Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Relations Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service in our establishment.

  • Provide first-class service to guests, assisting them in a sincere and courteous manner to ensure total guest satisfaction
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all services and facilities within the property and local area to address guest inquiries effectively
  • Lead and support the front office team, ensuring they are well-equipped to fulfill their duties
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the front office department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Manage staff teams, raise standards, and ensure seamless operations in collaboration with all department heads
  • Proactively seek ways to improve operations and customer service, implementing agreed-upon actions
  • Assist the Front of House Manager in ad-hoc tasks to maintain smooth property operations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence in guest relations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar guest relations management role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Exceptional attention to detail and superior time management skills
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service and ability to go the extra mile for guests
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in fast-paced situations
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices
  • Proficiency in relevant hotel management software and systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture and customs (preferred)
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in Arabic and English (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
