Job Description

Reporting to the Guest Relations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:         

  • Oversee and resolve all guest communication in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to all guests in a timely manner, ensure follow-up with attention to detail.
  • Attend to the needs of guests and help them organize their accommodations while staying at the hotel.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organization skills required.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • A high level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential.

Applicants are kindly requested to possess either EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain.
