Principales responsabilités :
- Prendre en charge le client et contribuer, par une relation chaleureuse et personnalisée, à son bien-être, sa satisfaction et sa fidélisation
- Etablir un accueil personnalisé
- Accompagner les clients en chambre
- Etre moteur dans le service Cousu Main
- Préparer et assurer le suivi des arrivées VIP/délégations institutionnelles/ personnalités…en fonction des Guidelines Sofitel
- Assurer le suivi des remarques des clients rencontrés, les noter dans leurs profils
- Gérer les flux de clientèle et veiller à optimiser le temps d’attente
- Assurer le relais entre les différents services et l’ensemble des points d’accueil de l’hôtel
- Etre capable d’assurer les opérations de Front Office, d’accueil, de départ, des appels téléphoniques et d’information en application de l’organisation établie
- Assurer l'accueil des clients sur les différents points de vente notamment pour notre restaurant et bar
Mission secondaire
Vous serez amené à effectuer également les missions suivantes en Réception:
- Accueil personnalisé et attentionné du client dès son arrivée et jusqu'à son départ
- Suivi de la qualité de la prestation de service sur l’intégralité du séjour afin de contribuer à la satisfaction du client
- Prise en charge dans les meilleurs délais de toutes les demandes du client afin de lui faciliter son séjour
- Maîtrise et communication des prestations proposées par l’hôtel
- Connaissances solides de Microsoft Outlook et des outils Microsoft Office
- Expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe est un plus
