The position is based in Accor's flagship Canberra hotel, Novotel Canberra conveniently based in the city centre opposite the light rail. We are a 286 room hotel with 7 conferencing and event facilities hosting all events from Corporate groups to sports teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Conduct a daily review of all incoming VIP reservations to create the arrivals report, ensuring accurate information is communicated to all relevant departments.
- Manage Loyaty oprations for the property.
- Coordinate service delivery of all special time-based accommodation packages
- Collaborate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to ensure timely placement of amenities, room readiness and guest requests.
- Assist the Front Office Manager to develop and review departmental Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using software tools is desired, including Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and Accor Platforms
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with loyalty programs and guest relations is a plus.
- Teamwork is vital to success in this role
