As ALL Accor enters a new phase of growth, the marketing team is building a distinctive and impactful marketing strategy, designed to drive global consistency, creative impact and business performance (full funnel impact).

 

The Role

As a Global Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in activating the ALL Accor marketing strategy, through high-impact 360° campaigns, activations and Marketing projects that drive both brand and business performance.

The role sits at the intersection of Marketing strategy, campaign leadership, ecosystem activation & performance measurement

You will lead the development of high impact integrated campaigns and key initiatives that strengthen the brand to our prospects, engage members, and drive measurable business performance across the ecosystem.

Working at the intersection of brand strategy, campaign management and ecosystem activation, you will ensure business consistency, creative excellence and business impact across markets, channels and customer journeys.

This is a key role at the heart of ALL Accor’s growth ambitions, requiring a unique combination of creative thinking, excellence in execution, and business acumen.

 

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Creative Strategy

  • Contribute to the definition and deployment of the marketing strategy
  • Contribute to brand storytelling and positioning, shaping a distinctive and consistent narrative
  • Translate the strategy into clear campaign roles, narratives and objectives
  • Frame campaigns in terms of brand, business goals and funnel role
  • Ensure strong and consistent creative direction across initiatives
  • Engage and drive adoption of the marketing strategy across the ecosystem (Brand, hubs, hotel brands, expert teams)

360° campaign leadership & ecosystem activation

  • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of integrated high-impact 360° Brand campaigns and key activation (partnerships, sponsorships, commercial moments…)
  • Oversee content creation across campaigns and channels
  • Drive full-funnel activations across key levers (media, partnerships, sponsorships, social media, PR/influence, owned media…)
  • Guarantee consistency across markets, channels and customer journeys

Agency Management

  • Lead and challenge creative agency on campaign strategy, concepts and execution
  • Define clear and inspiring briefs aligned with the Marketing strategy
  • Ensure high creative standards across all deliverables
  • Contribute to key productions (campaign shoots, content creation) to elevate quality and impact

Performance, insights & continuous improvement

  • Drive initiatives that contribute to client acquisition, engagement and business growth
  • Define and track campaign KPIs (brand & business performance)
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews and extract actionable learnings
  • Translate insights into strategic and creative improvements
  • Contribute to the evolution of the marketing strategy and campaign ecosystem

Qualifications

And you? 

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in marketing, communication or related fields
  • Experience in fast-paced, international and matrix organizations
  • Experience leading agencies and managing global campaigns
  • Strong exposure to integrated 360° campaigns and content ecosystems
  • Exposure to hospitality, lifestyle, digital, loyalty or customer-centric environments is a plus

  • Analytical skills and business acumen, combined with a creative sensibility and the ability to elevate storytelling and brand expression.
