Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Paie et Administration pour les équipes Sièges, au sein d’une équipe de 6 personnes, vous aurez pour mission d’assurer, animer, et coordonner les opérations nécessaires à la réalisation et au contrôle de la paie dans les délais et le planning définis. Le poste est basé à Issy-les-Moulineaux (92) ou à Evry (91).
Missions :
- Contrôler et saisir certains éléments variables de paie ou intégrer des fichiers globaux.
- Pratiquer des contrôles de cohérence des éléments saisis.
- Connaître l’agenda du jardinier / éléments ponctuels à mettre sous contrôle tous les mois.
- Élaborer des simulations d’indemnité de départ (tous types de départ, incluant départ à la retraite, rupture conventionnelle, etc.) et leur impact sur les contributions sociales et fiscales.
- Élaborer et gérer en paie les soldes de tout compte en lien avec les T&C Admin et HRBP.
- Gérer administrativement les départs et remettre au salarié ses attestations FCTU (Pôle emploi, certificat de travail, etc.).
- Utiliser et exploiter des documents mis à disposition par le prestataire paie : reports, DSN, etc.
- S’approprier les évolutions légales et le développement interne, participer aux UAT/recette métier.
- Enrichir la documentation interne des processus et règles de paie.
- Participer aux réunions d’exploitation ADP au cours du mois, Copil de fin de mois.
- Définir les priorités du mois avec les équipes Accor et ADP.
- Coordonner les remontées comptables en lien avec l’exploitation des données mises à disposition.
- Remonter les problèmes, anomalies constatées, et/ou les pistes d’amélioration sur toute la chaîne Paie / Compta.
- Suivre les livrables IJSS établis par le pôle déclaratif d’ADP, relancer les collaborateurs, préparer les écritures à passer sur bulletin de paie.
- Être en lien avec l’équipe T&C Admin, les managers, les collaborateurs, HRBP, Finances.
