Responsável pela operação diária do hotel de forma direta ou mediante a delegação em outras áreas garantindo que os departamentos entreguem o alto padrão de serviço de hotelaria de luxo; Certificar da comunicação entre o Diretor Geral do hotel e os membros do Comitê Executivo, Comitê de Operações e a equipe do hotel; Na ausência do Diretor Geral é responsável pela supervisão geral da operação do Fairmont Copacabana; Responsável pela verificação e análise dos estados e resultados operacionais. Tomar ações corretivas nas áreas críticas encontradas junto com o Diretor Geral; Analisar e atender todas as reclamações dos hóspedes e solucionar todos os problemas para obtenção da satisfação dos clientes; Elaborar junto com os Chefes dos departamentos da área de Hospedagem os objetivos anuais de cada um dos departamentos, entre outras atividades relativas à função.
