- Conhecimento Trade Turístico e canais de distribuição, inclusive corporativo.
- Total flexibilidade de horário para visitas, viagens e realizações de ações no hotel à noite e aos finais de semana.
- Garantir o cumprimento de metas comerciais previamente estabelecidas, acompanhamento do resultado dos hotéis concorrentes.
- Elaborar propostas comerciais para cada cliente de acordo com as práticas e estratégias comerciais definidas. Efetuando o carregamento da tarifa acordada no Cvent e manter as equipes internas informadas.
- Acompanhar a produção dos clientes do (s) hotel (is) de sua responsabilidade e devidos acionamentos para garantir sua fidelização e assegurar a produção.
- Alta habilidade para negociação e prospecção e novos clientes.
- Registrar na ferramenta de vendas oficial da Accor, ANAIS, todas as ações e interlocuções mantidas com os clientes de sua responsabilidade.
- Desenvolver planos de ações com criatividade para desenvolver ações comerciais com bom relacionamento.
- Trabalhar em grande sinergia com o departamento de Grupos e Eventos, para suporte no follow up dos grupos e eventos em negociação, para que ocorra a conversão dos mesmos.
- Manter atualizados os malling e informações dos cliente
