Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Building new organization from pre-opening period.
  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. 
  • You will lead a diverse team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Proven track record in leadership and strategic management. 
  • Experience of Pre-opening hotel & Worked as general manager on mid-scale hotel will be preferable.
  • Highly skilled in managing owner/management company relationships.
  • Strategic, creative, and able to communicate how plans will deliver overall goals.
  • Proven track record in making hotel operations profitable.
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Korean & English
