Company Description

  • TheThe hotel is operated by Mogotel Hotel Group, an international hotel operator managing its own brands and partnering with global leaders such as Wyndham, Accor, and IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Job Description

We're looking for you if you have:

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in hospitality, including at least 3 years as a Hotel General Manager with an international brand.
  • Proven track record in driving hotel profitability and improving guest satisfaction scores.
  • Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments: rooms, F&B, housekeeping, sales & marketing.
  • Solid background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience working with international hotel brands and managing relationships with owners and corporate offices.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations and ensure excellence across all departments.
  • Oversee financial performance: manage budgets, maximize revenue, and control costs.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation, international brand policies, and Mogotel Hotel Group standards.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a strong team, promoting a culture of service, quality, and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, team members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Continuously drive service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational improvements.

 


Qualifications

  • University degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Hungarian
  • The ability to lead through change—experience with hotel openings, transitions, or rebranding is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PMS, RMS, and other hotel management systems.
