THE MISSION?
As General Manager, you are the inspiration for your team to create a positive and stimulating environment focused on teamwork.
You are the leader of a team of one hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience ✨ through a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create. Mama must be in good hands with you 👌.
You will also develop special relationships with customers and local businesses by delivering the Mama experience to them as well.
While maintaining high standards in our rooms/ateliers and standards in food, services, health and safety, you ensure the profitability of Mama through revenue generation and cost control.
Behind the scenes, you analyze sales figures and control expenses. You manage and forecast budgets, as well as financial plans. 📈📊
In order to achieve these objectives, you collaborate with headquarters especially on reporting results, as well as e-marketing and media campaigns.
