• Welcoming and helping our guests throughout their journey in our hotel
• check in check out of the guest at reception 
• contributes to guests satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay
• taking reservation in a polite and friendly manner
• dealing with emails
• inviting our guests to our loyalty program 
• handling cash and cards and making sure everything is balancing 
• completing night audit procedures 
• Covid-19 procedures: marking sure everyone is safe 
• following health and safety nightly routines
• due to the working hours, only 18s can be considered for the role 

• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required
• Strong organizational skills required
