Job Description

Conveniently located in the Heart of the Sydney CBD and newly rebranded Novotel Sydney City Centre are looking for a Front Office Team Leader. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced Guest Service Agent looking to take on the next step in Front Office. 

What will you be doing?

  • Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
  • Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Take the lead and guide the front office’s day-to-day operations with expertise
  • Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations in the restaurant, delivering food and maintaining guest accounts
  • Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times 
  • Ensure guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program   

Qualifications

  • A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
  • Knowledge of Opera / Opera Cloud PMS is advantageous but not essential
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  • Have a natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service, setting you apart from the rest
