Job Description

As a Front Office Supervisor at DELANO Dubai, you play a pivotal role in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring a seamless, refined, and intuitive guest experience. You will lead by example, supporting the team in delivering warm, efficient, and personalised service that reflects the effortless elegance of the DELANO brand.

  • Front Office Leadership: Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery
  • Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure every guest interaction reflects DELANO’s luxury lifestyle standards, with warmth and personalisation
  • Team Supervision & Support: Guide, coach, and support front office agents to maintain high performance and service consistency
  • Check-in & Check-out Oversight: Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Service Recovery: Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring swift resolution and guest satisfaction
  • Operational Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest flow and room readiness
  • Shift Management: Oversee daily shift operations, including task allocation, handovers, and service prioritisation
  • System & Process Control: Ensure accurate use of PMS systems and adherence to brand and operational procedures
  • Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of presentation, communication, and service etiquette across the team
  • Guest Engagement: Build strong guest relationships and ensure personalised service is consistently delivered

Qualifications

  • Luxury Experience: Proven experience in a front office or guest services role within a luxury hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment
  • Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory experience with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members
  • Operational Knowledge: Confident in front office systems, procedures, and luxury service standards
  • Guest Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, guest-centric approach
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Calm, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and commitment to service excellence and accuracy
  • Educational Background: A relevant qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience) is preferred, reflecting a commitment to professional standards
