- Ensures the quality of the services offered to guests by the reception.
-Ensures a fast and courteous service and resolves guest complaints and objections with tact and diplomacy.
- Is involved in welcoming and maintaining loyal guests to the hotel.
-He is responsible for paying the bills and the credit limit.
- Organizes the work schedule for the staff within the department.
-Maintains: discipline among employees regarding the keeping of uniforms in good condition, safety procedures (regarding guests, their belongings and hotel property) and order in the lobby of the reception.
- Responds in writing to requests for room information and also to complaints.
-Prepare the job description for each position in the reception.
-Liaises between the Sales and Reservations departments in terms of long-term guests and VIPs.
- Ensures the timely printing of reports and information necessary for the management team
- Balances the daily receipts.
- Provides forecast reports of current and future activity on occupancy, reservations, arrivals, departures, open accounts, revenues and statistics including the budget required by the management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the administrative field or in similar positions
- Completed higher education - the tourism specialization is an advantage
-You are a proactive person, you like to take initiative and get things done for excellent results.
-You adapt easily to various situations, you are always willing to find solutions.
- Knowledge of PC and internet operation and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Opera Cloud is an advantage
- Knowledge of English – fluent spoken and written
-Excellent communication and interaction skills.
