• Work on projects related to Front Office: guest experience, cousu main creation, and quality.
• Support the team for daily operation tasks – check in & check out.
• Be attentive to all the guests needs and create a welcoming experience in each touchpoints.
• Perform other learning assignments guided by Front Office Manager.

• University student with a background in hospitality or business management.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Attention to details and quality, guest oriented mindset, etc.
• Open-minded and willing to explore new things.
