Job Description

At Team NASA (Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport), we aim for an excellent guest experience. We are working together for all guests and strive for a great success with every overnight stay and every event! Whether it's top entrepreneurs, a bridal couple, gala guests, or a tourist, together with you, we make every guest a fan of the hotel.

We are looking for someone who is curious, social, and flexible. Someone who maintains overview and calmness, but also someone who pays attention to details. In addition to your enthusiasm and optimal service, you meet the following requirements:

  • You're a team player with a can-do attitude.
  • You're comfortable interacting with guests in both English and Dutch.
  • Intermediate vocational education (MBO) level;
  • Full-time availability (38 hours);
  • Experience in a similar position would be a plus;
  • You have no problem with an irregular schedule;
  • These words suit you: humor, team player, and creative!
  • Experience with Opera would be super helpful.

  • Salary according to the hospitality collective labor agreement (CAO) scale V;
  • An attractive bonus scheme where you can achieve up to 7.5% of your annual salary;
