Job Description

We are actively searching for an experienced Front Office professional to become an integral part of our brand-new property.

As the Assistant Manager, you are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation. Your skills of reading the guest and attention to detail are what sets you apart from the rest.

You have an outcome driven approach to performance & results and you strive to achieve excellence in your field.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front Office team in absence of management and act as a hotel representative on behalf of the General Manager
  • Drive a caring culture for our guests and inspire our team members to create a story unique to each guest’s stay
  • Ensure Accor's guest loyalty and recognition program is maintained and delivered to its highest standards
  • Connect with guests and colleagues by being your authentic self, creating a sense of belonging through listening and demonstrating empathy
  • Be a safety champion and lead by the example by following Accor’s health and safety procedures

Qualifications

What we are looking for?

  • Previous Front Office or similar experience with knowledge of Opera system preferred
  • Passion for people and hospitality  
  • Hands on, natural born leader with the ability to nurture, develop and bring out the best in your team
  • Ability to make decisions independently and confidently in high volume work situations
  • Available to work varied shifts
