Front Office and Reservations Supervisor

Purpose

As our Front Office and Reservations Supervisor, you will provide operational and leadership support to Front Office and Reservations teams, driving revenue performance, optimising room allocation, and delivering outstanding guest service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and provide hands-on support at the front desk
• Handle guest enquiries and complaints professionally
• Monitor room allocations, rates, and reservations to optimise revenue
• Train, coach, and support team members while ensuring smooth shift handovers

Skills and Experience

• 2 years’ progressive experience in hotel/resort operations
• Prior experience in Front Office/Reservations management advantageous
• Strong operational knowledge of Front Office and Reservations systems
• Commercial awareness with a revenue focus
• Excellent communication, complaint handling, and organisational skills
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about hospitality
• Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
