Company Description

Work your Way to Sydney! We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic part-time front office all-rounder to join our front office team. As a Front Office All-Rounder, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including guest check-in/check-out, handling inquiries, and supporting other front office functions.

Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, just minutes away from entertainment venues, an array of restaurants in Sydney’s food precinct and central’s public transport hub. With 241 guest rooms, conference spaces, a renowned restaurant and bar, a team of friendly and dedicated hospitality professionals, and endless attractions at our door step, where else would you want to be?


Job Description

  • Provide quality service to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check in, check out and for the duration of their stay.
  • Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • A friendly and positive can-do attitude who enjoys working in a team.
  • Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry with a drive to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
