Job Description

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As the face of our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing front desk operations.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel's property management system
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Manage room reservations and assignments effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options in Jeddah
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • Assist with administrative tasks and reports as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Proficiency in computer systems, particularly hotel management software
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly
  • Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options in Jeddah
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabian hospitality standards and cultural norms
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
