Job Description

Our Front of House Manager will oversee the smooth operations of the front of house services, motivating and training the team to the highest standards of guest care, welcome and quality service.

We are looking for a confident and strong leader with a can-do attitude who is motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues.

Main responsibilities:

-Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high quality standards are delivered consistently.

-Manage, coach and develop the team.

-Monitor customer satisfaction making sure exceptional guest experience is provided at all times. 

-Ensure good communication among the Front Office team and other departments.


Qualifications

  • Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills.
  • People focus with previous experience managing and mentoring staff is essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a high pressure environment.

This role would ideally suit an experienced Assistant Manager or Senior Team Leader looking for a new challenge.
