L´hôtel Ibis Issy-les-Moulineaux "Val de Seine" se situe à proximité de la Seine Musicale, l'île de St Germain et Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Il dispose de 164 chambres confortables et climatisées avec Wifi gratuit, d'un restaurant de 80 places ouvert pour le déjeuner et le diner, de 4 salles de séminaires et d'un parking privé.

Nous recherchons un(e) Commis de cuisine (H/F/X).

En tant que commis de cuisine, vous aurez pour missions de :
1- Technique Métier et relation client :
- Fabrique, dresse les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et en fonction des directives du responsable ;
- Organise son poste de travail en appliquant les consignes ;
- Adapte son rythme de travail en fonction de l'affluence, des évènements et des clients ;
- Effectue le nettoyage et le rangement de son poste de travail en fonction des directives de son responsable ;
- Evite tout gaspillage de marchandise ;
- Participe aux inventaires ;
- Participe à la réception des marchandises et les range en appliquant les principes de stockage ;
- Contribue à la bonne gestion du petit matériel en évitant la casse ;
- Applique les procédures et politiques définies.
2 - Hygiène / Sécurité des personnes / Environnement :
- Veille à la propreté de son lieu de travail et à la sécurité alimentaire en respectant, au quotidien, les règles d'hygiène HACCP ;
- Respecte les consignes d’utilisation et de sécurité du matériel mis à disposition ;
- Connait et applique les règles de sécurité de l’hôtel et la conduite à tenir en cas d’évacuation incendie ;
- Connait et applique la politique du label Clef verte.
