Food & Beverage Team Leader

Serving large numbers in our busy restaurant both breakfast & dinner, small functions and conferences, assist the outlet Supervisors/ Managers. Assisting the Supervisors and Restaurant Manager with operational running of the shifts and team training.

• Experience in running sections in la carte, both food & beverage
• Experience in running set menus
• Experience in running bar service 
• Able to set up functions & meetings & manage meal requirements
• Liaise with customers & kitchen
• Assist to oversee service, opening & closing of bar & Restaurant
• Organized and able to plan
• Assist with staff management of tasks & maintaining standards
• Assist with onboarding new staff & upskilling of staff
• Maintain H&S, cleaning standards, dietary requirements & allergies
• Cashiering, assist with stock management & ordering 
• Assist with complaints & complaint management
• Support the staff with tasks and assist them
• Continue to cultivate a positive work environment
• Upsell the specials, menus and facilities
• $29.66 per hour

1.5 years F&B experience in restaurant / bars

Hold or are able to hold a Managers certificate

Has managed a team

Has been responsible for training staff
