Job Description
Key Responsibilities (aka Your Recipe for Success!):
- Whip up a delicious blend of guest satisfaction and team performance in our Food & Beverage operations
- Be the guardian of our squeaky-clean kingdom, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment that's so spotless, you could eat off the floor (but please don't!)
- Cultivate a team environment so strong and flavorful, it could be bottled and sold as a secret sauce
- Become the master chef of problem-solving, cooking up solutions by training and empowering your fellow food fanatic
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
