Company Description

Are you ready for an exciting new chapter within one of Accor’s central London hotels? Novotel London Paddington recently went through a complete transformation of the Reception Lobby, Meeting Facilities and Food & Beverage public spaces. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with the ability and flair to drive retail revenue throughout all F&B retail segments within the hotel.

As a Food and Beverage Manager you will have the opportunity to contribute to a fabulous guest experience in our brand new N.3 Restaurant and Bar together with your team. To help you do that we will support you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role.

Our hotel offers 206 rooms, 8 conference rooms and a leisure centre, with gym, sauna, steam room and pool.

Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.


Job Description

As our next Food and Beverage Manager, you:

  • Are passionate about guests and delivering exceptional levels of service experience;
  • Have a strong level of knowledge and experience across all Food and Beverage operations;
  • Have a hands-on approach and on the floor presence, high level of organisation;
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate experience to our guests;
  • Be proactive at taking initiative and are react to situations as they arise, ensuring suitable solutions and outcomes;
  • Are results-driven and understand the Food & Beverage strategic goals in order to achieve the hotel KPI’s and profitability.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions
  • Attention to detail in all tasks
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of hygiene and safety practices
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop the team through training and individual training plans.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends as per the job requirements and needs of the business.
